How we earn
Every book on KomodoMoonBooks is one I own, have read, and photographed myself. Publishers do not pay for placement, and a commission never decides what makes the list.
When you follow a “Find it on Amazon” or Bookshop.org link and buy, KomodoMoonBooks may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Bookshop.org also shares part of every sale with independent bookstores.
What we collect
There are no accounts here, and we never ask for your name, email address, or payment details.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read and which books are clicked. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (city or country), your device and browser, and how you arrived. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out at any time with Google’s browser add-on or by declining analytics in the cookie notice.
Cookies from the shops we link to
When you click through to Amazon or Bookshop.org, those sites may set their own cookies so the referral can be credited. Once you leave KomodoMoonBooks, their privacy policies apply. The same is true of our Instagram and Pinterest links.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not run ads, and KomodoMoonBooks is not directed at children under 13.
